Please prepare for your appointment by:
- Make sure to eat something light an hour or two before arriving
- Wear loose fitting clothes
- Bring a list of medications you are taking
Fees & payment:
Initial visits are $100, follow-up visits are $85. Some sliding-scale appointments are available. Inquire by clicking here.
Payment is due at the time of service.

Dana is a preferred provider for most insurance policies, some of which are listed below. If you do not see your insurance policy listed, please call and she will check for you.
